Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Quality Guarantee - Try Before You Commit

At Nash & Vault, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect wig requires trying it on at home.

Returns Accepted Within 14 Days If:

  • The wig is in unworn, resellable condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and protective cap are intact
  • The wig has not been cut, styled, colored, or altered in any way
  • The lace has not been cut or customized
  • The wig shows no signs of wear (stretching, odor, makeup, etc.)

You May Try On Your Wig To:

  • Check the fit and comfort
  • Assess the color and style
  • Ensure it meets your expectations

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Wigs that have been worn outside the home
  • Wigs that have been cut, styled, or altered
  • Wigs with removed or damaged tags
  • Wigs showing any signs of use or wear
  • Customized or special-order items

Defective or Damaged Items: If your wig arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping back
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or size if available. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
